TH Real Estate
Both of these pieces were made for TH Real Estate, a division of Nuveen and part of TIAA, and used to market prime, raw real estate in Manhattan. We created plexiglas graphics with polished edges and back-mounted prints for the first piece. We then installed tension cables between the raw ceiling and floors and hung the acrylic artwork using specialized hardware.
The second piece was an oversized print of the building’s facade. It was a single piece digital inkjet print on optically clear material mounted to a 77” x 93” piece of 1/4” thick, clear acrylic with polished edges.The image was backed with white laminate and cleat-mounted on the wall.
Both pieces contrasted nicely with the raw, unfinished space.
